Come out and meet your neighbors!  This year's Meet and Greet will be held June 2 from 10a-12p.  The Landale Family has graciously agreed to host this event at their home.

 

The Board has scheduled a site inspection (walk-around) for Monday, June 4.  We'll be reviewing each property to make sure they are in compliance with Camden Court's Bylaws and Rules. 

This includes items such as:
•Deck, porch and stair stain
•Chipped/fading  house, porch, stair paint and/or rotted wood
•Weeds in garden beds
•Weeds or overgrown grass in tree rings
•Tree/shrubs overgrowing the sidewalk
•Tree suckers/shoots
•Dead trees or shrubs
•Undefined tree beds, without either edging or mulch
•Chipping fence paint/repairs

Please take some time to inspect your home.  Keep in mind that the first violation letter you receive is only notification of a violation.  The letter will contain information on how to respond. Fines are only imposed if the violations are not corrected in a reasonable amount of time.
